Refund Policy

Website Hug LLC Refund Policy Last updated: May 22, 2025

By purchasing a subscription to Website Hug LLC’s services, you (“you,” “your,” or “Customer”) agree to the terms of this Refund Policy (“Policy”). If you do not agree, do not subscribe or use our services.

1. Overview

Try it for a week. Not loving it after a week? Get 75% back, no questions asked. This Policy explains how to request a refund, the conditions under which refunds are granted, and how we calculate and process refunds for our website design and sales-funnel subscription services.

2. Eligibility

Timeframe: You must request a refund within seven (7) calendar days of your initial subscription start date. After that period, all subscription fees are final and non-refundable. One-Time Opportunity: Each Customer is entitled to only one refund under this Policy per subscription plan. Subsequent requests—even within seven days—will not be honored. Good Faith Use: You must have made a bona fide effort to use the service (e.g., provided required materials, feedback, approvals). Requests made in bad faith, or from accounts that have been used to repeatedly claim refunds, may be denied.


3. How to Request a Refund

Submit Request: Email [email protected] with subject line “Refund Request – [Your Account Email]” no later than 11:59 PM ET on the seventh day after your subscription began. Information Required: Your name, account email, and subscription plan. Date your subscription started. Brief statement that you wish to exercise your refund right under our 7-day trial policy. Confirmation: We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and notify you if further information is needed.


4. Refund Amount & Calculation

75% Refund: We will refund 75% of the total subscription fee you paid for the initial term (minus any taxes or transaction fees). Non-Refundable Portion: The remaining 25% covers our initial work, system costs, and administrative expenses. Prorated Calculations: No prorated refunds are available for partial-term usage beyond the seven-day window.


5. Method & Timing of Refund

Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the same payment method you used to subscribe. Processing Time: Allow up to fourteen (14) business days from approval for the credit to appear on your statement. Fees: Any payment processing or transaction fees charged by third-party processors are not refundable by Website Hug LLC.


6. Exclusions & Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted if:

You request after the seven-day period has expired. You have previously received a refund for the same subscription. You downgrade your plan or switch services — downgrades take effect at next billing cycle with no refund for the unused portion. You dispute the charge via your bank or card issuer without first following this Policy. You purchase add-on services (e.g., expedited delivery, third-party integrations), unless explicitly covered in writing.


7. Dispute of Charge

Policy Controls: If you file a chargeback or dispute with your bank instead of requesting per this Policy, we reserve the right to contest the dispute and provide this Policy as the governing agreement. Cooperation: We may provide copies of this Policy, your refund request, and our communications to your bank or card issuer to demonstrate that you failed to comply with its terms.


8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you by email and post the new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
